Carrot Cake with Cheese Cream


Olive oil, to grease
2 (about 300g) carrots
1 1/2cup (225g) self-raising flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup (80g) brown sugar
3/4 cup (185ml) butter
1/2 cup (125ml) golden syrup
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease a 20cm (base) round cake pan lightly with oil, and line with non-stick baking paper or if ur pan tu jenis xmelekat, xyah letak baking paper xpe.

then, Peel and grate the carrots, and set aside. Sift the flours, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and cinnamon into a large bowl.

dlm separate bowl, Put the brown sugar, & butter- mix sampai almost atau hancur gula, 10-20 min, n then masukkn golden syrup, eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl.mix until combined.

Pour the butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Use a wooden spoon to stir gently until just combined. Stir in the grated carrot.

Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 1 hour. Set aside for 5 minutes, before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.


Cream cheese 250g
Thicken cream 500g
Sugar icing 500g
Butter milk 250g
Corn flour 2 sudu besar
Butter 2 sudu

Cairkan butter, masuk kan butter milk, cornflour.. (campurkan air sikit untuk dulu). Kacau sampai pekat. Biarkan sejuk dulu..

Dalam bekas lain, blend kan cheese cream n gula… masuk kan barang yang dah disejukkan..

Last sekali masuk kan thicken cream.. Biarkan sejuk… Siap!
